Use this page to request deletion of your SeeratVerse account and associated data. We respond promptly and keep you informed through every step.
Send a delete request
Email privacy@seeratverse.com from the same email you use in the app with subject line: Delete my SeeratVerse account.
Verify ownership
We may ask you to confirm a recent login detail or a one-time code to protect your account.
Confirmation and deletion
We remove personal data within 7 business days once verified, and confirm completion by email.
What happens to your data
We delete personal data while keeping only what is legally required. Here is the concise breakdown so you know exactly what to expect.
Data that is deleted
- Profile data (name, email, preferences).
- App content you added (journals, goals, saved items) unless required for legal holds.
- Session and personalization data tied to your account.
Data we may retain
- Payment records and invoices kept for tax/audit compliance (typically 7 years).
- Security logs kept temporarily to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics that no longer identifies you.
Timing
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification.
- Legal or dispute holds may extend retention only where required.
